Herr JABLONSKI Jazek geb. am 11.5.1910 in Lodz zuletzt wohnhaft Warszawa ul. Przemyszowa, Poland wurde vom 14.9.1944 bis 6.5.1945 in nationalsozialistischen Konzentrationslagern gefangen gehalten und vom Konzentrationslager Mauthausen in Freiheit gesetzt. Mauthausen, 25. Mai 1945
