Description
English: Reliquary box or book case, with the Crucifixion and symbols of the evangelists. Gold, cloisonné enamel, niello and cabochons over wood, first half of the 11th century. Used to hold a Book of Oaths, now in the Royal Library in The Hague, Netherlands. Originally in the Treasury of the Basilica of Saint Servatius, Maastricht, Netherlands.
