Comment on location and date of photograph
Per the author, "this pictures was an event at Makuhari Messe in chiba, Japan." Beneath a photograph of the same or a similar reconstruction at another website is the caption "A Spinosaurus model is installed at Makuhari Messe on July 13, 2009 in Chiba, Japan. The model of the Spinosaurus, one of the largest carnivorous dinosaurs, was installed for the exhibition 'Dinosaurs 2009', which will be on from July 18 to September 27."
