English: An array of bibim ssambap (a variant of bibimbap and ssambap) and banchan (small side dishes) at a restaurant in [Gyeongju], North Gyeongsang province, South Korea. Bibimbap is a rice dish usually consisting of various sauteed vegetables, mushroom, and minced meat. It is eaten after the ingredients are mixed together with a spicy chili pepper sauce called "gochujang". Ssambap is a rice dish served with various side dish and leaf vegetables to wrap them together with a sauce.
