Deutsch: Ein U-Bahnzug der Linie Q aus R68-Wagen fährt ab.
Das Schild mit der „10“ ist die Haltetafel für Zehn-Wagen-Züge mit Wagen der Länge 60 Fuß. R68er sind dagegen 75 Fuß lang, so dass diese Tafel soeben auch für einen Acht-Wagen-Zug gegolten hat.
English: A Q train composed of R68 units departs from a stop.
The “10” sign indicates the conductor where to stop a ten-car train. However, the departing train only had eight cars but had to proceed to the “10” sign since this sign means “ten 60-feet-cars” and R68s are 75 feet long.
