Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar Weill Cornell in Qatar is part of Cornell University, and the first American medical school ever set up overseas. Established through a partnership between Cornell and the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, WCMC-Q shares the triple mission of Weill Cornell Medical College: education, research and patient care.
