à des créanciers virtuels de prélever des intérêts conséquents sur les états du monde entier sur le financement quotidien de leurs besoins. Ces créanciers étant eux mêmes endettés auprès d'autres états de complaisance comme Monaco, Andorre, Jersey et Guernesey, Lichtenstein, Suisse et Luxembourg ou Hong-kong pour l'Asie... Ainsi pendant des décennies un système financier virtuel organise une comptabilité des états à crédit qui au lieu de les aider les grève lourdement à jamais. En 1958 le Général De Gaulle avait décidé que la France n'emprunterait qu'à la Banque de France à zéro pour cent sur quarante ans puis il avait dévalué le Franc par cent. En 1974 la France a replongé dans le système international et depuis a accumulé deux mille milliards de dollars de dette. Par ailleurs les pays producteurs de pétrole exigent que les pays européens achètent très cher des dollars pour payer très cher leur pétrole et l'Europe est incapable de leur imposer son euro bien que depuis sa création cette monnaie a toujours été plus forte que le dollar.
