Juni 1931 (232.21) und die Vollziehungsverordnung vom 5. Januar 1932 (232.211) geregelt ( vgl. Volltext). Für die Wappen des Bundes und der Kantone ist Art. 3 massgeblich, für die Wappen der Bezirke, Kreise und Gemeinden Art. 5.
