| Description |
English: Sepulveda Unitarian Universalist Society Sanctuary "The Onion", in the San Fernando Valley.
- The dome-shaped structure was designed by architect Frank F. Ehrenthal, a Unitarian who was a contemporary of architect Richard Neutra. He was a graduate of the University of Florence, Italy where he was awarded his Doctorate of Architecture in July 1935.
- Built in 1964, this one-story Modern style church sanctuary is circular in shape and plan. The structure was designated as a valuable example of an ecclesiastic building designed in the Modern style.
- The space hosted several political events opposing the Vietnam War, including a speech by controversial anti-war activist William Kunstler in 1970.
